1. This Competition is open to anyone aged 18 and over.
2. This Competition is not open to employees of HB, their family members, HB’s agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
3. Participants enter the competition by answering the question “On average, how much cheaper are HostelBookers than Hostelworld?” correctly and submitting their email address.
4. By entering the competition the participant agrees to participate in such promotional activity, including automatic subscription to our newsletter.
5. No responsibility is taken for entries which are lost, delayed or misdirected, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
6. The competition will run from 00:01 GMT 19th May 2010 and will close at 00:00 GMT 8th June 2010.
7. Any entries received or processed after the closing date will not be accepted.
8. The 1st prize is £1000 (or currency equivalent dependent on which Cash Passport Card the winner holds or nominates) loaded directly onto the winner’s Card. The exchange rate on any non-sterling prize amount will be the standard Travelex Cash Passport exchange rate at the time of loading. The 2nd prize is a Panasonic Lumix TX8 and the third prize is a 32gb iPod Touch
9. No cash or other alternative is available to any of the prizes. Access to the prize shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Cash Passport Card.
10. The prize must be taken by the prize winner and may not be transferred to or taken by any third party.
11. Winners will be drawn at random by the judges at 09.00 GMT on the 26th May, 1st and 9th June 2010
12. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the prize draw by email.
13. If HostelBookers cannot contact the winner within fourteen days of the prize draw HostelBookers reserves the right to conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner.
14. The winners’ will be announced on the HostelBookers blog each week
15. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and it is the prize winners responsibility to arrange suitable cover for their needs.
