Players are asked to watch a short video clip of their favourite property; buy a £10 ticket and complete a short quiz based on the video. A fixed minimum number of tickets is required for each competition, ranging between 24,000 and 110,000 entries.

The company was set up by Jon Sammon, who brings considerable experience in managing and building luxury properties to the project. He hopes to offer his services to property owners interested in selling a home in this innovative way.

Since launching the first competition, Jon has received lots of enquiries from interested parties: "Within days of the first competition going live we were being inundated with enquiries from other property owners that wanted to beat the recession and run similar competitions using their properties".

3 properties are currently up for grabs on the website: an imposing 7/8 bed detached home in West Yorkshire valued at £1 million; a charming 5/6 bed stone property also situated near Leeds valued at £500,000; and a fabulous 4 bed mid Townhouse in sunny Florida, located close to the Walt Disney Resort, valued at £80,000.

Over time, Mr Sammon aims to diversify the range of prizes of offer to appeal to a broader audience: "Further down the line we then want to look at the possibility of offering a wide range of other life changing prizes such as sports cars, luxury holidays or even speed boats!".
